Find your way around your decisions

In shortThree views show what needs you, what you are part of and everything you can open, and a preview opens beside the list.

Decisions is where every decision you can open is listed, and where new ones start.

Pick a view

  • Needs me lists the decisions waiting on you: input someone asked of you, or a review due on a decision you can edit. Its count also shows on Decisions in the rail.
  • My work lists the open decisions you can edit, were asked about, or had shared with you.
  • All decisions lists every decision you can open.

Narrow the list

  • Type in the search box and press Enter to search titles, objectives, , folders and areas.
  • Open the filter beside the search for Status, Relationship, Attention, Folder, Type and Area. A dot on the filter button means one of them is on. Area lists only the areas your decisions have.
  • Relationship includes "I responded", for decisions where you gave input. Attention includes "Requested from me", "Waiting on others" and "Review due".

Preview a decision

  • Select a row to open its preview on the right, with where the decision stands and what it needs.
  • Use the up and down arrow keys to move through the list, and Escape to close the preview.
  • Select the title to open the decision itself.

Under each title, a line names how you are linked to the decision, its folder and its area. Each row also shows a short line on what the decision is waiting for, such as "Your input is requested" or "Waiting for 2 people".

Start a new one

Select New decision to open a fresh row at the top of the list, with its two fields in the preview pane. See your first decision for what happens next.
