A subscription is counted in seats, one per : the people who run decisions. Everyone else who reads a decision or gives input is free and unlimited.
What a seat brings
- 30 decisions a month per seat, pooled: your team shares them, whoever starts the decision.
- A decision counts once Midfire first drafts its , for a and an everyday decision alike.
- AI help for everyone in the workspace.
Monthly or annual
- Monthly is $99 per decision-maker a month.
- Annual is $79 per decision-maker a month, billed once a year, with the year's decisions counted over the whole year.
Add seats
- Open Seats and billing.
- Under Add seats and decisions, choose the number of decision-makers and how often to pay. The order shows what is due today.
- Select Continue to payment and pay by card through Stripe's secure checkout.
Only a workspace admin can add seats. Adding seats ends the free trial and turns on new decisions and AI help.
Change or cancel
Once you have a subscription, Manage billing opens the billing portal, where you can change seats, update the card, see invoices, or cancel online at any time.
After you cancel, the portal brings you back to Seats and billing, where a short note from Greg may ask what made you cancel. Your cancellation is already done; answering is up to you, and No thanks closes the note for good.
Good to know
- Editors beyond your number of seats keep editing. Seats set what you pay.
- If a payment does not go through, every admin gets an email and Stripe tries the card again over about two weeks. Update the card in Manage billing to keep your seats. Your work stays open either way.
- If a subscription ends, every decision stays open to work on and to export.
