Find and gather decisions in collections

Collections is where you explore decisions that are already made. Two are built for every member, and you can make your own.

Decided and Published

• Decided lists the committed decisions you can open, grouped by the month each was committed.
• Published lists the decision briefs published to you. A brief is frozen as it was approved, so it reads the same for everyone.
• Each decision shows its call, what it taught, and a stamp from its review: the verdict, then how it held up, worked out, got done, its pace and effort. Hover or tap a stamp to read it.
• Click a decision to read it as a memo beside the collection; the arrows move through it, and Open the full decision takes you to the decision. In Decided, the memo is the working record as it stands, and a published brief is one click away.
• Press Play, or drag the timeline, to watch the collection grow month by month. What they taught shows the lessons alone.

Publish a brief

Once a decision is committed, someone who can edit it can publish its brief from the decision's toolbar, from Publication in People, or from the Review once a review is saved.

• A brief reads like a memo, addressed to its readers, with the call as its headline and the review's stamp in its corner.
• You choose who reads it, everyone in the company or named people. Readers are emailed.
• You can include the latest review, and publish a revised brief later.
• A published brief can be withdrawn: every reader loses it at once, and the working record is unchanged.

Your own collections

• Use New collection, then Add to collection on any decision's page. Each decision can carry a note on why it is here, and you set their order.
• A collection is yours alone until you share it. Adding a decision to it changes nothing about who can open that decision.

Share a collection with the workspace

Use "Share with the workspace" on one of your collections, once at least one of its decisions is published. Everyone in the workspace then reads its published decisions, as their briefs. Unpublished decisions stay out of what others see.

Present collection shows published briefs one after another, for a town hall or an onboarding session.
