Look back on your decisions with Learning

In shortLearning reads your closed decisions as seven questions, each answered in one sentence, with the decisions behind it one click away.

Learning reads the decisions you can open once their reviews land. It asks seven questions about your record and answers each one in a sentence, the read.

Read the record one question at a time

  1. Pick a question in the list. Its chip gives the short answer: yellow marks something worth changing, green something worth keeping.
  2. Read the read at the top of the question. When it points at something to change, a Next time line names a step for your next decision.
  3. Open a decision from the rows below. Its memo opens beside the page, and the arrows move through the decisions behind that read.

The questions cover whether your calls held up, how sure you were, the effort you put in, your pace, whether verdicts were recorded on time, what your reviews taught, and your areas.

Narrow what it reads

  • Choose All, or Everyday to read one type of decision.
  • Choose an area to read only that area. In the areas question, select a row to narrow every question to it.
Why a question says too few

A read appears once there is enough behind it to tell a pattern from luck. A confidence level needs enough forecasts to pass a statistical test, a comparison needs three decisions on each side, and an area is read once it holds 3 resolved decisions. Until then the question says it fills in as reviews land, and names the next verdict due.

What each question counts
  • A call is placed on held up and worked out only when a dated prediction was written at Commit, so the grade can be checked against it.
  • A retired decision, and one closed with nothing written down, are read on their own.
  • The verdicts question compares decisions made in the last 12 months with the 12 months before.
  • Forecasts are scored, never people.
