Who pays
Pay only for the people who make the calls.
Decision-makers pay
The people who run decisions through the Method: framing them, hearing the opposition, committing them, and owning the review.
The seat you pay for
Readers are free
Everyone else in the company can read the decisions their folders open to them, follow what was decided, and see what was committed and why.
Free, unlimited
Input is free
Bring someone in to give evidence or judgement on one decision, and it costs nothing. Adding them opens that decision to them while it is being made, and asking for their view on a specific claim is its own act.
Free, unlimited
How the pool works
Every seat adds to one pool your whole company shares.
Every decision draws from the same pool
Each seat adds 50 decisions a month to a pool the whole company shares, so a quiet month covers a busy one. A quick call and a big bet count the same: one decision is one, whatever its depth. Monthly plans carry a monthly pool that resets with each billing month.
A decision counts when its conditions are drafted
That is the moment Midfire does the heavy thinking: what would have to be true for each path, and how each could fail. It counts once, however often you revisit it, and reading, giving input, reviews and the archive never count.
Passing the pool never blocks you
Going over the pool starts a conversation at renewal, never a refusal in the moment. A decision you need to make is one you should be able to make. Your usage sits on your settings page whenever you want it.
