Walk the conditions in a meeting

In shortThe meeting view puts one path's conditions on a shared screen, one at a time, with who has answered and never what they said.

The meeting view is for a room that is partly together, partly on a call and partly away. Everyone answers in their own task, and the shared screen shows the room where each stands.

Open it

  • Use Meeting view in the decision's toolbar. It opens in a new tab once the decision has its conditions.
  • Only the can present. Everyone else sees answers only as they become readable to them, so their counts would read low.

Walk a path

The view starts with the agenda: the path's conditions as a matrix, and how many critical ones have no call yet. Then each condition gets its own screen, with its wording large enough to read from the back of the room, its weight, and the people who have answered it.

  • Press Start, then Next condition, or use the arrow keys.
  • Press P to move to the next path, and F for full screen.
  • The last screen closes the path and takes you back to the overview.

What it shows and what it keeps back

The screen shows who has answered a condition and never what they answered. Names follow the decision's own setting: when ' names are hidden, the meeting view hides them too.

A good rhythm is to ask everyone to answer before the room discusses a condition. The screen cannot stop someone from reading their answer aloud, so holding that order is the facilitator's part. The decision maker can read every answer on the record afterwards.
